Job Summary The Corporate Treasury Department is responsible for corporate finance, financial risk management, and liquidity for the global enterprise. This includes debt and equity capital structure management, bank and lending relationships, rating agency management, M&A financing, and financial market risk assessment and mitigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exposure to senior leadership.This role will primarily be responsible for providing support and financial modelling that will be utilized by senior and executive leadership for strategic planning and decision making. Job Description Core Responsibilities Forecasting - consolidated short-term cash, short and long-term external debt and interest expense, pro forma analysis, and intercompany debt and interest.Risk Management - interest rate and foreign currency exposure analysis, derivatives valuation and reporting, letters of credit processing, management and reporting. Processing, Analysis, and Reporting - invoice processing, share and debt repurchase analysis, payments management, cost of capital modeling, peer benchmarking analyses, debt reporting for internal and public filings including: maturities, borrowing rates, commercial paper schedules, WACD, fixed to float mix, FMV of debt and bank group relationships, and regulatory and counterparty compliance support. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
