The Position In this role, you will support and lead specific areas of work for all types of planning applications for clients, including major and complex applications working on a range of projects across most property sectors from healthcare, education, energy, water, transport and commercial. This role is targeted at candidates with an interest in broadening their experience of planning and being closely involved with interesting projects and clients. The Candidate RTPI or RICS accredited with strong verbal numerical and report writing skills Able to prioritise and work to deadlines whilst managing a significant workload Clear ability to communicate effectively A team player, whilst being self: motivated and proactive Have the potential to deal with instructions and clients (with support).
