This is a full: time position. This particular team specialise in the energy sector and so the successful Senior Planner can expect to work with a range of clients such as major energy utilities providers, network providers, private generators and waste companies. These include site search and evaluation, environmental impact backssment, planning, Development Consent Order (DCO) and Electricity Act applications, Section 106 negotiations, planning appeals and due diligence. The company has many offices across the UK and has a high number of Directors / Board members who have been promoted from Graduate Town Planner level. The Planning Team is known for their ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic people and the business can offer the opportunity to work on some of the UKs most important and high: profile projects.
