You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse or an ODP with a current active NMC/HCPC registration As the Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner/SFA your key duties include: Operate and assist in a variety of robotic surgical procedures, with a focus on urology Collaborate with the surgical team in urological procedures, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills Serve as a qualified Surgical First Assistant, ensuring a sterile field and adherence to infection control protocols Uphold the highest standards of patient care, prioritising safety, comfort, and positive outcomes Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary surgical team for seamless coordination in the operating theatre The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Extensive experience as a Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner with a focus on robotic surgery and urology Qualification as a Surgical First Assistant SFA is essential Proficiency in robotic surgical procedures, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting In-depth knowledge and experience in urological procedures Strong communication and collaboration skills The successful Senior Theatre Scrub Practitioner/SFA will receive an excellent salary of £47,700 per annum.
