Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload of 10-12 residents, providing person-centered support and ensuring the successful implementation of support and safety plans. Key responsibilities include: Community Engagement: Work flexibly within the community, visiting residents in their homes, and offering support tailored to individual needs. Home and Remote Working: Benefit from the flexibility of working from home in between property visits, managing your caseload effectively. Team Collaboration: Engage in regular team and managerial meetings to discuss and reflect on complex cases, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment. Travel Requirements: Attend training sessions and team meetings as required, contributing to your professional development and staying updated on best practices. Rent Collection and Arrears Management: Take proactive measures to maximize rent collection, submit and maintain successful housing and welfare benefit claims, and monitor accounts to minimize arrears in line with targets.
