Senior Quality Engineer About the Role We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join a global engineering business. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within theorganisation. This is a full: time, permanent position based on the outskirts of Coventry. Job Duties Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. Conduct thorough audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, products, and documentation. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality control measures. Collaborate with cross: functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality: related issues. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to monitor performance and identify trends. Provide technical guidance and support to junior quality engineers and technicians. Stay up: to: date with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering practises. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience working in a quality engineering role Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations. Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis. Excellent problem: solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Working Conditions: As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will primarily work in an office environment. However, occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and supplier sites may be required.
