As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of major capital projects to upgrade and improve our production facility. This crucial management position involves overseeing capital budgets, planning schedules, managing contractors and internal stakeholders, as well as ensuring our exacting health and safety standards are upheld at all times. You will lead a team to deliver key upgrade and expansion projects safely, on time, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and own capital budgets and forecasts for major facility upgrade projects Create integrated plans/schedules for seamless project delivery Lead project team meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers Make critical decisions calmly under pressure Ensure health and safety remains the number one priority Requirements: Proven experience managing capital projects Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teaminteractioncellence budget management and risk analysis capabilities Understanding of health and safety legislation in food manufacturing Passionate about delivering continuous improvement This exciting and demanding role offers an attractive salary along with opportunities to join the senior leadership team.
