You will have the opportunity to impact thousands of customer experiences every day and will be rewarded for your passion and your achievements.General Responsibilities:As a Sr Associate, Project Manager you will:Oversees day-to-day operations of Airport Lounge location(s) and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and service standardsMonitors guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, implementing improvement initiatives based on trendsMonitors financial performance and identifies strategies to increase efficienciesDevelops and implements policies, procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline operationsMaintains relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners to ensure quality products and servicesHandles quality controls issues and resolves complaints or issues promptlyEnsures a high level of customer service by leading and motivating the hospitality team plan, design, manage and execute project operations plans. This activity includes management through planning, implementation and execution.Conduct regular meetings with the project operations team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project statusExhibit a proven track record of operations management and the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the project workPartner with operations teams to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project workIdentify ways to improve and streamline business and operations processesDemonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomesDemonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and drive operational efficienciesDisplay strong consulting and collaboration skillsManage relationships with third party operations partners to ensure desired intent is executedServe as the voice of the customer and champion elevating and documenting in-person guest experience related procedures.Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the companyForge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of programmatic commitmentsDemonstrate that they can improve processes and deliver well managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable executionStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem solving and influencing skillsThis is a Client Facing, Operations oversight role and the expectation is 4 to 5 days a week in the actual operation (airport lounge)Traveling up to 60%An associate whose role requires them to be out in the field for sales, customer or site visits on a regular basis.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certificationAt least 4 years of experience in Hospitality ManagementPreferred Qualifications:College Degree5+ years in Hospitality Industry on a management level2+ years of Project Management experience1+ years of People Management experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Colorado (Hybrid On-Site): $84,300 - $96,200 for Sr. Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
