Senior Programming SME

Description:
We are looking for a candidate to provide analysis on resource allocation and cost estimation on organization programs by responding to the request within 24 hours or next business day and delivering a project plan within one week to the Chief of Program and Budget MEDCOM G8. This analysis and cost estimation shall include evaluating emerging requirement cost estimates for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission, along with creating measures and analytical tools to analyze program performance. Candidate will have working experience with the following systems: General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Defense Departmental Reporting System (DDRS) Defense Travel System (DTS) Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) ADVANA (Advanced Analytics) Vantage Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Access On-Line (AXOL) Electronic Document Access (EDA) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) Access On-Line (AXOL) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) - GFEBS Provisioning Financial Management Information System (FMIS) Syncada/Powertrack Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS) Alternative Depreciation System (ADS) Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection System (IPAC) Operational Data Store (ODS) Computerized Accounts Payable System (CAPS-W) Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS) Enterprise Data Management (EDM) System Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Programming experience Experience with the DoD Programming process Experience in accounting, budget development & execution Lean Six Sigma, PMP or related certification T3 Secret Eligibility Required Hamdan Resources, LLC is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
