Position Description The entire company is growing and so is the marketing team! These are exciting times at Deque with customer momentum and a ton of technical innovation, Generative AI and computer vision are transforming this space; first within the SDLC lifecycle increasing efficiency of developers, designers, testers and accessibility leaders and, second, enabling creators to deliver experiences that are natively accessible from day one. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will embrace our mission and get stuff done. The team structure is flat and collaborative, you will report to the VP of Marketing but work closely with our product management counterparts, services experts, sales, solution engineers and the demand generation team. Primary Responsibilities Partner with product management and become an expert on all the user and business (decision-maker) personas of Deque products Launches: Develop the launch strategy and execute the launch plan. Influencer relations: Be the product and GTM expert collaborating with the AR, PR and brand team to ensure Deque is positioned as a leader with traditional analyst firms and industry influencers in various technical communities. Content development: Support the demand team, plan the campaigns and develop content assets such as ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, web materials, case studies and webinars for the complete buyer journey. Competitive Marketing: Develop the processes and content to understand and monitor the competitive landscape to inform product teams and sales teams. Sales enablement: Develop competitive battlecards, solution collateral and TCO or ROI assets to assist sales in progressing deals. Lastly, this is a senior role and we expect the Senior or Director PMM to manage the PMM team and function but more importantly, enable the entire organization on product marketing best practices and evolution required for product-led sales motions. Requirements 8-12 years of product & technical marketing experience. Strong copywriting skills (please attach a work sample such as a blog or attributed article) 5-7 years experience developing demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, benchmark documents, ROI/value-oriented assessments, etc. 5-7 years of team management and building. Startup experience: Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to bounce back from mistakes and withstand change Familiarity with Developer Marketing: In-depth background in web development or SDLC tools and platforms and bring that ideal mix of enterprise B2B SaaS and PLG :) About Deque Deque (pronounced dee-cue) is a web accessibility software and services company, and our mission is Digital Equality.
