Role Specific Responsibilities: Accountable for working with DMS (Deloitte Management Services) leaders to create and evolve the product roadmap that supports the future state channel strategy for DMS Be hands-on to help ideate and design solutions with expectations to guide and provide direction to business and technical teams, both onshore and offshore, for solutions predominantly based off the Service Now platform Actively contribute ideas to enhance and extend existing solutions as well as facilitate solution design Deliver effective solutions which meet the requirements of the internal business groups and are aligned with the firm’s technology standards and guidelines Accountable for driving end-user adoption and improved customer satisfaction for our Service Now platform in Canada Be a key contributor in the process that ensures the product roadmap incrementally delivers value to the business Partner with and manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders About the team As a member of the Service Optimization team within Deloitte Canada’s Central Business Services (CBS) group, your role as a Senior Product Manager will be part of an organization that leads people, process and technology initiatives that enable the firms service delivery strategy and performance expectations.
