The successful candidate will handle all aspects of patent litigation in federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Additionally, they will supervise and provide guidance to patent agents in prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The Patent Litigation Senior Associate Attorney / Special Counsel will collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies while also managing the practical aspects of litigation, such as conducting discovery, drafting motions, and preparing expert witnesses. This role requires a strong command of relevant rules related to federal patent litigation, PTAB proceedings, and patent examination.
