Are you passionate about cultivating cultures of excellence and innovation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant!! You will be responsible for senior level consultation and design, implementation, sustainment, and measurement of talent processes, in areas such as: culture, engagement, performance management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, talent planning, succession management, career development, and change management which link individual and team performance with business needs. This position requires:Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred with emphasis in Business, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field. 10 years of experience in designing talent process frameworks, specifically in leadership development, organizational culture work, performance and talent, change management and organizational/leadership consulting. Strong preference for candidates that have a proven track record in designing and implementing Performance Development and Leadership Talent Planning initiatives. Demonstrated strengths in: Strategic Mindset, Manages Complexity, Plans and aligns, Optimizes work processes, Develops Talent, Communicates Effectively, Instills Trust, Manages Ambiguity.Advanced knowledge of organizational systems with strategic mindset with the ability to lead the execution of complex, system-wide, multi-faceted and long-term programs and projects. Proven ability to align these initiatives with the organization's strategy and integrate with other initiatives.Demonstrated high level of consulting expertise and influencing skills, including experience in developing other internal consultants and coaching senior leaders.Ability to be certified and lead certification in any program led by the organizational development department, such as Children's competency framework and/or strengths coaching. Other examples include: change management, culture assessments and tools, leadership and team building assessment. Preferred Job RequirementsCoaching certification strongly desired.PHR/SPHR/CPLP certification strongly desired.This position must have flexibility to come on site as needed.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
