Location: Google, Waterloo, ON Job Summary The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the service and experience of the operation across multiple locations, with a rich history of excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. Motivates, trains, develops and directs team members to deliver exceptional service and accomplish daily goals and projects. This position oversees administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation and HSQA programs. Attention to detail is a must. The role will focus on hospitality and the cafe and catering experience for the food program of a cutting edge tech company located in downtown Kitchener, in order to support operational excellence. This position reports into the District Manager of Operations and will leverage their strong communication, hospitality and operational skills to partner with key stakeholders to promote standards, food program expectations and enhance user experience. .
