Supporting our colleagues across the country who work with our customers, you’ll enable us to maintain high standards of support, embed the principles of Psychologically Informed Environments, support teams to better understand the complexities of customers, and contribute to achieving brilliant outcomes. As our Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll be leading on occupational therapy backssments, plans and interventions, working collaboratively with our customers, clinical and operational colleagues. We aim to support our customers to meet their aspirations and to work towards living independently and feeling enabled and your expertise will help to make this happen! You’ll be joining an established national team of occupational therapists and have opportunities to participate within the wider OT workforce, influencing the evolution of occupational therapy in the organisation, and developing both your practice and career.
