Job Summary: The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, reliable IT services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for working with a dedicated team of IT professionals, developing strategic plans, and fostering a strong relationship with the client. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills. The Role: Deliver an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, keeping clients informed and notifying them of incident progress on a regular basis. Research and deploy new Server and Networking technology. Serve as an escalation point, leader, and mentor for other technicians on the team. Resolve networking issues with Firewalls/Routers, Switches and APs. Promote a culture of customer service, respect, and excellence. Following, evaluating, and updating technical/support procedures. Resolve server related alerts and issues. Take a proactive approach when solutioning technologies for clients. Incident management and outage recovery. Plan and manage project solutioning and implementation. We have a culture of proactive solutioning. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology or related fields IT Industry Certifications preferred, such as: Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc. Extensive technical skillset working with Servers, Networking, Virtualization, M365, etc. Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with both internal and external customers. Proven decision-making skills using sound judgement. Ability to work under pressure. MSP Experience with PSA, RMM, and other client Management tools a big plus.
