One of the largest full service mechanical contractors in the nation, located in the Washington, D.C. area is seeking a top-notch professional for the role of SENIOR ESTIMATOR. The Senior Estimator will work closely with the Chief Estimator to insure the continued growth and financial success of this outstanding company. The company specializes in Large Commercial Plumbing/HVAC projects like office buildings, tenant fit-outs, data centers, labs, hospitals, government buildings, etc. This Senior Estimator will work in the New Construction division that mainly performs "plan & spec" and "design build/assist" bidding.QUALIFICATIONS:Seven (7) PLUS years Mechanical estimating experience with HVAC and plumbing projects.Plan & spec and design/build estimating experience.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft family of products (Word, Excel, etc.)Working knowledge of Quote Express, Quick Pen, Estimation or similar estimating software.A multi-tasker who can handle the pressure of multiple bidding scenarios at one time.Able to work independently and in a team environment.Attention to detail is a MUST.EXCELLENT benefit package and extremely competitive salary.Reply/Apply with Resume and/or call for discrete conversation.All responses and inquiries will be held in strict CONFIDENCE.
