Senior Marketing Director You will be responsible for the recruitment, management, training and development of a Sales Team consisting of Field Marketing Directors. You will report directly to the Area Vice President regarding the execution of the above duties and will be compensated with 55% commission on your personal sales volume, plus 2% monthly residual income, 5% override commission on your Sales Team revenue, in addition to a 2% quarterly Sales Team performance bonus.
