What you will be doing: The Senior Manager Planning and Performance Tracking is responsible for stewarding the development of Tangerine’s business strategy, strategic priorities and goals, planning and delivery oversight of key initiatives and monitoring organizational performance to ensure alignment. This Senior Manger will also support the Director of Strategy with organizational transformation efforts including driving strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of Tangerine vision and strategic mandate. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the planning process and spearheading high priority projects. You will work closely with Tangerine’s business leaders and cross-functional groups to progress their strategy and deliver projects to maximize the impact and ROI to the business Is this role right for you?
