The Senior Manager, Patient and Practice Communications , will support patient- and practice-facing communication across the Aledade Plus portfolio, with a heavy focus on collateral development and refinement for new and scaling initiatives. With respect to patient communications, collateral development will include direct mail, text messaging, email, interactive voice recordings, phone outreach. This role will have a special focus on pushing the business to adopt better content creation practices, staying up to date with patient engagement trends, leading frequent testing and analysis of new content formats and distribution channels, and championing communications best practices. This role will establish and enforce accountability to ensure the team meets deliverables for quality standards, and create and maintain a framework for content success, including setting clear goals, metrics, and processes for continuous improvement.With respect to practice communications, collateral development will be focused on creating, updating and curating compelling and engaging content including (but not limited to) market-facing collateral, pitch decks and presentations, website copy, and other assets. This role will help us elevate future materials with strong messaging and impactful calls to action.This role will partner with teams across our business enterprise to ensure that our collateral and supporting materials are fully aligned with strategic messaging, goals and objectives in support of Aledade's continued performance and growth. Primary Duties: Work closely with senior leaders, internal and external teams to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with target users and personas. Across both patient and practice communications, create effective communications strategies that articulate our offerings clearly and consistently. Produce high-quality patient communication including direct mail, text messages, email messages, digital content, interactive voice recordings, phone scripts, white papers, blogs, press releases, case studies, presentations, survey reports and web copy. Write compelling content and collateral that describes the product's ability to meet client needs, solve market problems and/or fulfill aspirations. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, practice engagement and others on communication standards, tools and resources for application company wide. Manage content-related projects and budgets, ensuring strategic resource allocation and maximum impact. As needed, manage creative resources including designers, writers, and vendors/agencies to create and review content & ensure consistent messaging. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, analytics, Strategy or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. 5 + years progressive work-related experience in marketing, strategy and/or healthcare, with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position Supervisory experience managing people and deliverables Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with industry trends in value based care, Medicare Advantage, CMS, ACA, and MSSP. Experience in field or regional team of large organization, preferably in a communications or customer service role Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and functions within the organization Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills Strong initiative and ability to work well in ambiguous situations Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and functions within the organization Calm under pressure, extremely organized, pro-active with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated Crisis Communication/Issues Management experience Experience writing press releases, social and other media content Who We Are: Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
