Senior Manager, Operations Excellence & Integration Alberta Innovates is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Excellence & Integration to join our Health team. This position is responsible for designing, planning, facilitating, and managing processes to support operational excellence, business integration, reporting, and issues management across the Health business unit. Key accountabilities include leading and managing organization integration efforts, addressing operational efficiency challenges through the design and implementation of processes and technology, overseeing interactions and collaboration with organizational shared corporate services, responsible for facilitating the execution of internal corporate initiatives including business planning and reporting, and liaising with Executive Directors and Directors within the Health Team to maintain situational awareness of issues. You would be a good fit for this position if you have: Demonstrated ability collaborating with executives, creative teams, and maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders. Experience managing transitions and organizational change. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Ability to influence and engage peers to foster collaboration and coalition building.
