Position Summary: As a Manager, Business Management in the Business Solutions group (ISD), you will lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals to deliver on the business outcomes of our Customer Service and Corporate Communication lines of business stakeholders. You will work closely with your stakeholders in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, and identify opportunities to improve and innovate their processes and work functions through technology implementation. Working with our internal teams and vendors, you will be responsible for the technology stack supporting the line of business over the full application product life-cycle inclusive of roadmap, execution of projects and sustainment activities. This position will report to the ISD Director, Customer POD Family, who is accountable for business-critical systems enabling our Call Center, our Billing processes, and our Customers' Digital Experiences. Job Location : Trinity (Toronto) & Clegg's (Markham) Job Description: Specific Accountabilities: Work closely with a variety of groups within the Company on several aspects of the annual program development and delivery function, including investment plan, business plan, budget, business case approvals, planning activities focusing on the integration of system and technology plans with the goals, objectives, budgets and strategies.
