Purpose: Leads and contributes to the overall success of Global Brand & Customer Insights across the Scotiabank Group of Companies on Canadian and international mandates ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Accountabilities : Leads and drives a client focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Oversees day-to-day operation of the analytics platform used by Global Brand & Customer Insights (GBCI) to support voice-of-the client and voice-of-the-employee analysis and insights: Oversees data transfer, development and maintenance of analytics models, dashboard design and ongoing reporting to ensure that source data, text analytics models and reporting meet industry best practices and support business line partner needs. Leads day-to-day relationship with analytics platform vendor(s), including preparation and communication of detailed project plans, requirements documents, task accountabilities, data transfer requirements and platform updates. Responsible for the management of the client and employee experience analytics within GBCI, including: Working with internal partners to understand analytics, insights, and designing analysis to support current and future needs. Lead voice-of-the client and voice-of-the-employee analytics initiatives including, design, execution, project management, analysis, and reporting. Aggregate and curate client data inputs across platforms, identifying opportunities to continually improve the client experience. Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations of analytics findings and present findings to different audiences across the Bank. Showcases and advocates for research strategy.
