Job Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Manager of Digital Learning Experiences, specializing in human-first digital learning experiences. This role is designed for the innovative learning professional who deeply understands the user journey and has successfully brought creative and “out of the box” ideas through implementation, preferably in collaboration with a software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, empathy, and technical expertise, alongside a proven track record of applying agile, iterative, and lean methodologies to create impactful learning solutions. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Identify, plan, implement and evaluate digital learning experiences for patients and healthcare providers that prioritize the user journey and engagement. Innovate and implement learning solutions using a human-first approach. Drive the adoption of agile, iterative, and lean methodologies in the development and execution of learning projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective learning solutions. Evaluate and iterate on digital learning experiences based on user feedback and learning outcomes. Use Camtasia and Articulate suite of software, and partner with Technology & Operations leadership to select additional technology to transition to a digital patient experience. Effective partnership with Technology & Operations to build a human-centered digital patient training program. Collaborate with digital designer(s) to identify, plan, implement and evaluate digital content. Lead user acceptance testing for digital patient experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred 7+ years of experience in leading person-centered digital learning experiences Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated success in bringing innovative learning solutions through to successful implementation. Demonstrated proficiency in analysis, planning, and implementation, prioritizing innovative approaches to future-oriented learning experiences. A solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and how they apply to digital environments. Advanced knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and digital learning technologies Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines and a commitment to creating inclusive learning environments.
