They will serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters, engage directly with clients, and contribute to all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings. Duties:Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters.Demonstrate expertise and handle complex cases effectively.Act as 1st or 2nd chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.Engage directly with clients, including high-level executives, providing deposition preparation, counseling, and support.Present and argue dispositive motions, shaping case outcomes.Contribute to all aspects of trial preparation, including voir dire and witness preparation.Uphold and promote the firm's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California.10+ years of litigation experience.Prior trial experience, with jury trials preferred.Proven track record in 1st or 2nd chair trial and arbitration experience.Exceptional litigation skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in California.
