The candidate will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned attorneys while providing legal counsel to new and existing clients. The Senior Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, reviewing and drafting documents, and ensuring that all legal matters are handled professionally and efficiently. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for this role. The candidate will handle hearings, depositions, discovery responses, and client meetings with minimal supervision but robust mentorship and guidance in state and federal courts.
