The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various transactions and clients, providing a dynamic environment for professional development.Duties:Lead and manage finance-related legal matters for clients, including but not limited to loan agreements, structured finance, and project finance transactions.Provide expert legal advice on financial regulatory issues, compliance, and risk management.Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and contracts.Conduct legal research to stay updated on financial laws and regulations.Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings related to finance matters.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.6-8 years of substantive law firm experience in finance law.Proven track record of handling complex finance transactions.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Effective negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficient in legal research and writing.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Knowledge of relevant financial laws and regulations.
