Senior Level Corporate & Finance Associate in Boston, MA Job requires five days a week on-site in Boston, MA Compensation and Benefits: A competitive salary ranging from $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package. Key Qualifications: At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills. Ability to independently manage components of deals and work collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibility in leanly structured deal teams, ensuring high levels of partner and client contact.
