A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer. Key Responsibilities: Oversee content development and management throughout the lifecycle of learning products Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences and measure effectiveness for continuous improvement Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields Minimum of 10 years experience in learning experience design or instructional design Proven expertise in designing and developing learning content for various formats Advanced proficiency with learning management systems and instructional design software Demonstrated ability to develop processes, standards, and best practices in learning design
