We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer proficient in both Java and C++. As a key member of the development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical software solutions. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD - Onsite Compensation: Competitive salary up to $220,000, commensurate with experience. Potential for additional sign-on bonus. Full-time direct hire opportunity with comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Requirements: 14+ years of experience in software engineering with a degree, or 18+ years without a degree. Proficiency in both Java and C++. Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
