To learn more about our company, please visit our website; https://www.trulieve.com Requisition ID: 9925 Remote Work Available: Yes Sr. IT Project Manager Location: Remote Department: IT Infrastructure Position Summary: The Sr. IT Project Manager plans, directs, controls and implements highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT projects. Thus, enabling technology solutions and systems to meet department and enterprise-wide business needs. They are a member of the IT department and may work on projects in field or in the corporate area. Will be the point person for implementation and validation according to established criteria. This will ensure projects are managed on time and within budget and meet quality and success requirements. Tasked with continuously improving all components, processes, procedures and tools to ensure the successful set up and install for our new dispensaries and facilities. Responsibilities: Project Management for all HR, Payroll and Workforce Management project projects and initiatives. Monitor progress of each project at every phase of the process, doing everything possible to avoid delays and costs Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project Project Management skills necessary to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities and deliverables of the team Act as a liaison between business and technical staff at all levels Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs Support, lead and assist internal customers with requirements definition, project definition, and project planning Establish and maintain effective working relationships will all stakeholders in project to assure success Prepare project plans, tollgate documentation and reports Tracking of project schedules, financials, risks, decisions and status. Management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Assist internal customers with cost-benefit analyses and business cases to support new project proposals Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs and priorities Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field preferred Must have at least 7 years of experience with project management or program management. Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques Experience with HR, Workforce Management and Payroll system implementations is a strong plus. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. Need to display proven entrepreneurial skills, as a self-starter. Must be comfortable in fast moving complicated environments. Experience effectively engaging with leadership, facilitating discussions about change, influencing stakeholders, and reaching agreement. Experience identifying process changes; ability to design and help implement revised processes Experience with preparation and delivery of communications to all levels within an organization Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and manage priorities according to changing strategic objectives. Must be good team players. Must have excellent problem-solving, organization, communication, and presentation skills. PM Certification PREFERRED but not required. Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
