Summary of Position: The Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing the Influencer Marketing & PR strategy and campaigns through Digital and Social activations that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales for Morphe in EMEA & AUS Responsible for all aspects of Influencer planning, campaigns & content creation within EMEA & AUS. You will lead influencer and content creator initiatives e. g. Product Seeding, Gifted Collaborations, Affiliate programmes and Regional ambassador plans, manage the day-to-day activations and develop & nurture appropriate Influencer relations to deliver the business objectives. You will manage the Regional agencies and work closely with both the Global IR and Regional teams, including Marketing, ECom, Retail, Education, and Wholesale teams. With an interest in Beauty, y ou will be passionate about existing and emerging Social media platforms, have experience in working with and identifying up-and-coming influencers, and have developed all types.
