Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid) Job Description Summary The Senior Financial Analyst role is primarily responsible for: * Perform month-end close and related reporting requirements* Analyze monthly variances and prepare summary reports for management presentations * Lead/Collaborate across business functions on annual budget preparation, standard setting, and forecasting * Perform ad hoc reporting on a periodic basis as requested * Develop operating procedures/systems to improve financial and management reporting as required * Assist with financial modeling for various investment proposals * Assist with ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements * Leverage financial dashboard productivity metrics to aid and influence plant leadership decisions to optimize the financial health of the plant Job Description We are the makers of possible BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Proficiency in Excel Ability to lead, coordinate and track multiple ongoing projects CPA / CMA preferred (or working toward designation) JDE/SAP experience a plusSelf-Starter, ability to thrive in complex situationsAbility to translate complex financial data into actionable objectives across business functions Work Environment / Travel This Senior Financial Analyst role will support the Irvine, CA facility H ybrid role between home and office based out of our BD Warwick, RI location Travel limited to 1-2 times/year for site visitsFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
