The associate attorney will handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters, at a senior level. Duties:Handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court hearings and trials.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation. Requirements:Bar admission.Previous experience in family law litigation.Strong understanding of family law statutes and case law.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
