Primary Job Responsibilities: Perform nondestructive and destructive failure analysis. Hands-on experience with SEM, EDS, optical microscope, cross-sectioning, parallel lapping, package decapsulation, chemical etching. Familiar with X-rays, CSAM, FIB, EMMI. Perform electrical tests using power supply, digital multimeter, curve tracer. Produce detail technical FA reports. Maintain FA lab equipment, keep inventory of lab chemicals and supplies. Qualifications: BS in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
