About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Facilitator in Human Resources as a part of Talent Management and Learning. In this role, you will: Deliver standard and complex training material for several courses including various banking credit topics and multiple components (e.g., new hire, refresher, process, product or systems, and customer experience skills) to a diverse audience through directive teaching methods to help individual contributors and middle to more experienced managers develop crucial job skills Provide direction and support business leaders of various levels of experience on functional learning strategy Use advanced knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions Provide one on one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills Acts as a mentor and peer coach to new and tenured Learning and Development Facilitators Act as site training point of contact and lead low risk initiatives including implementation Partner with instructional design team to recommend modifications to keep functional course content current and to enhance programs, resources, and tools Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on wide range of information, as well as with internal and external customers Required Qualifications, US: 4+ Years of Learning and Development Facilitation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ Years experience and/or knowledge of banking credit Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of experience facilitating classroom training (virtual or in person) in a corporate setting Experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate training in a classroom environment Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers A demonstrated focus on coaching and mentoring Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Experience with virtual training technologies such as TEAMS, SKYPE and ADOBE connect Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: Successful completion of multiple credit certifications including Moody credit certifications Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Ability to travel up to 40% of the time Flexibility to work different shifts This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location: 2222 W Rose Garden Lane, Phoenix, Arizona 2600 S Price Road, Chandler Arizona 550 S 4th Street, Minneapolis Minnesota 1525 W WT Harris Blvd,Charlotte North Carolina 4101 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio Texas 1445 Ross Avenue, Dallas Texas 800 S Jordon Creek Parkway, West Des Moines Iowa 114 N Beaumont Street, Saint Louis MO 5201 W Amelia Earhart Drive, Salt Lake City UT #HRJobs Posting End Date: 19 May 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
