We are currently seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). Position Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and performance of technical teams who deliver production applications. The person responsible for the contractor's delivery of a product or application with 30 or more staff members. Responsible for meeting customer requirements, specifications and quality assurance standards. Responsible POC for contract deliverables Works directly with the government to ensure staffing needs are met, with the authority to add/remove staff at the government's direction Responsible for the software and hardware licenses and maintenance support procured under the contract for their application(s) Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Psychology or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience managing a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders). Minimum 7 years of experience planning, directing, and coordinating administrative activities, program control and supervision of personnel. Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements definition, work planning, budget control, and communications with COTR, COR, and other program officials.
