Senior Electrical Design Engineer : London Ref CTJ23 Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience Permanent This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy based in their London office. Our client is seeking an experienced engineer that is looking to join a well: established, successful and innovative company that works on a range of projects within areas such as Residential, Commercial and Leisure. The ideal candidate will: Be able to provide support and advise staff and clients Have a proven track record in the design of electrical systems on a variety of mid to large scale building projects, such as: retail, mixed: use developments, hospitality, healthcare, offices and industrial Have 5+ years of relevant work experience in design and delivery of projects within the consulting industry Be Proficient in the use of IT systems with experience of using Amtech Pro Design, Dialux and/or Dialux Evo, Revit, Auto CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Good organisation and multi: tasking skills, displaying accuracy and attention to detail Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills About the role: Electrical Design of HVAC systems Preparation of electrical design calculations, drawings, and specifications Liaise with clients, professional organisations, contractors, suppliers, sub: contractors, and other design Prepare specifications, schedules, drawings, and any other contract documents developed through the RIBA work stages What our client can offer you: A competitive salary A great benefits package, including private health cover, pension scheme, income protection, life assurance and retail discount scheme 25 days holiday, increasing with length of service, plus holiday purchase and sell: back schemes Enhanced Maternity/Paternity pay In order to discuss this Senior Electrical Design Engineer role and other positions within the Building Services and Sustainability sectors please.
