A leading global multidisciplinary is searching for talented EIA professionals to strengthen their property team on a variety of projects, including riverside developments, urban regeneration and social housing. They are searching for a Senior and Associate, so if you are considering your options, it would be great to hear from you. Locations of interest are: London, Bristol, Southampton, Cambridge, Chester, however they are open to discussion here. If you have experience in the delivery EIA projects across the residential and property sector, please get in touch. Because of this, there is scope for international projects, and to work alongside the wider team from across the world. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience project managing EIA projects and junior consultants. Familiar with client liaison (presentation and negotiation of tenders with stakeholder's desirable) Degree-level education within relevant field e. g. environmental science or geography Understanding of EIAs within development process Design experience for complex projects Hold, or working towards, Chartered Membership for either IEMA, RPTI, IES or similar. Furthermore, due to its’s heritage and it being foundation owned, they are not at the will of the stock market, providing reassurance for the future. Therefore, they can focus on people and development, and invest their profits into philanthropic avenues such as research and community.
