Description:
Responsible for embedding Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting technology within the organization by providing a range of services across the full project lifecycle. Work to review current business processes and systems, guiding the organizational change management process, evaluating software systems, designing and enhancing software solutions, training system users, and coordinating system maintenance and related support activities. Lead digital EHS and ESG management software implementations within large organizational programs. Lead teams or sub-teams, including clear delegation of work, quality assurance, mentoring, and upskilling of consultants. Manage quality of configured applications through unit testing and formal user acceptance testing including preparation of test scripts. Prepare training materials and conduct training of end users. Develop integration specifications and implement system interfaces. Design and implement data migration and conversions. Partial virtual / work from home benefit available.2 years of IT experience. Must have experience with: full-stack development, software implementations, and detailed knowledge of the SDLC; JavaScript front-end frameworks (including either Angular or React); developing and supporting software integrations between complex software systems utilizing JavaScript, XML, and jQuery; writing and working with RESTful APIs and data formats, including JSON and XML; creating offline-first progressive web apps; designing advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to improve operating efficiencies; and, experience in a virtual and global work environment.Requires at least a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
