In this vital role the Senior Director of US Analytics will have responsibilities for leading the team to drive overall analytics strategy and uncover data insights, to guide overall Business Unit & Brand strategy, and speed up commercial decision making process.This leader will act as the key point of contact between Executives, Marketing/Field Leaders, and cross functional teams, to develop and deliver robust secondary analytics, including National and Subnational insights and measurement plan, to facilitate clear and holistic understanding of risks and opportunities, to further accelerate business performance and optimize overall efficiency.In addition to partnering with cross functional partners (ie. market research, forecasting, decision science, etc.) to distill insights and provide thought leadership behind business planning and trade off decisions, this position will also develop a team of analysts, provide guidance to prioritize appropriate support for multiple brands of business unit, and continue to advance overall US Analytics rigors and capability.Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, US Headquarter site.
