Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to guide our product strategy, execution, and vision. The ideal candidate will have deep product leadership experience, a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities, and will be at the forefront of our mission to lead the post-quantum cybersecurity market. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and market opportunities. Define, manage to, and iterate on strategic KPI’s that align to broader business objectives. Roadmap Execution: Own the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, and products in collaboration with engineering and IT teams. Market Analysis: Stay informed about quantum security developments, competitors, and potential threats to ensure QuSecure's products remain the leader and pace-setter for the industry's cutting edge. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market requirements. • Work closely with the partnerships and channels teams to determine potential OEM partnerships and lead the relationships with these organizations (and at times initiate outreach and relationship building with the target organizations) and the integration of these opportunities into the product roadmap. • Build close relationships with the sales team and work to be embedded in the sales and deployment process to ensure external feedback is actively collected and integrated. • Build close, trust-based relationships with the technical product management leadership as well as the engineering, deployment, and IT teams. • Collaborate with and support product marketing initiatives. Clearly articulate and communicate product value propositions and advantages both internally and externally, and represent the company with the press and analysts. Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between executive leadership, technical teams, and customers to prioritize and deliver product excellence. Feedback Loop: Implement systems to gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback, ensuring products are continually refined and improved. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team including promotion of high potentials and talents, and foster a culture of innovation, growth mindset, and excellence. Qualifications: • Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership skills, with experience in building and leading teams. • Self-starter, player/coach mentality with a passion for self-directed learning, creative problem solving, and critical thinking. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related domain. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably with a spotlight on cybersecurity, software defined networking, or related fields. • Solid technical foundations. No background in quantum computing or quantum safe technologies required. • Rich experience in SDN and network security. • Proclivity to seamlessly navigate multiple roles in a fast-paced startup atmosphere. • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, wear many hats, and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced startup (or startup-like environments within large organizations). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ** Note: Due to the nature of our work with Federal Agencies, we are only allowed to hire United States Citizens currently living in the U.S. ***Salary range: $170k-$185K annually www.qusecure.com
