DC based, East Coast travel The Director of Operations must have District Managers reporting to them. The role is above District Manager/Director level. Requires solid operations experience with strong ties to culinary departments. The Senior Director of Operations will assume all responsibilities for operations and report to the company President and CEO. Direct reports will be several Area Directors/District Managers. Experience with full-service, scratch kitchens, fast-casual and new concept development will be essential for this role. Northern Virginia/DC based. The Director of Operations will also supervise procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with labor and safety regulations. The Director of Operations will act as a liaison between corporate and franchisees making certain all franchise restaurants preserve the standards of operation established by the corporate office.
