Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsible for tooling/automation for deployment, monitoring, management of Armis services/applications; use emerging technologies; lead design/implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins); manage/automate infrastructure provisioning/configuration (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation); optimize cloud infrastructure/cost reduction on AWS; write Automation Scripts in Ruby; render decisions regarding Armis technologies; provide 100% uptime during maintenance periods; maintain quick, automatic provisioning of resources; maintain constant system reliability/compliance; work closely with developers, QA engineers, architects, system, operations engineers, product management; build/maintain highly available, scalable production systems; collaborate with senior members of DevOps, Engineering teams to define architectural/operational aspects of rapidly growing infrastructure; identify/resolve problems in production systems; work on drift control/detection; develop code for collecting/injecting data from security vendors APIs; work on provisioning/deployment of security applications; responsible for security of software development lifecycle; maintain contact with vendors, industry peers, professional associations to keep current of existing/evolving industry standards, technologies, cyber threats; identify, evaluate, conduct proof-of-concepts for new technologies; enable secure development of core architectural components; provide support during off-hours; deliver entire projects from design to implementation; maintain Linux servers in global, multi-server environment; manage, maintain, migrate to Zero trust architecture; work with SSO (SAML, ODIC, Oauth); develop/automate Secure code pipelines (DAST, SAST, IAST); develop, automate, maintain vulnerability & patch management solutions; manage/extend Image hardening pipeline AMIs, container imagines, OVAs; and use Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes for projects; and configure Amazon Web Services, similar cloud-based platforms. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science plus 5 years progressive experience. Experience to include leading design/implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins); managing/automating infrastructure provisioning/configuration (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation); optimizing cloud infrastructure/cost reduction on AWS; and writing Automation Scripts in Ruby.
