Anthem, Inc. seeks Developer Senior in Chicago, IL to perform independent hands on software development of moderately complex projects; participate in requirement def, validation & documentation; diagnose & resolve complex production issues; participate in code rev & code inspection process; collaborate with business analysts & test engineers to define quality standards & acceptance criteria for assigned projects; write auto unit & feature tests for assigned projects.Requirements: BS in Computer Science or related field + 3 years experience with the following: ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, HTML & Javascript; test-driven development practices; object oriented design patterns & practices; service oriented arch & microservices; diagnosing production defects using heap dumps; Agile methodologies. 1 year of experience building utilization management solutions for the healthcare industry.Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional overtime required.Salary: $94,118/year.
