The ideal candidate should have significant experience in general liability defense, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and automobile liability matters. Strong written communication skills, specifically in drafting complex opinions and motions, are essential. Texas Bar admission is required for this position.Duties:Handle general liability defense cases, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and automobile liability matters.Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide sound legal advice to clients.Draft complex opinions, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective defense strategies.Requirements:Proven experience in general liability defense.Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft complex opinions and motions.Texas Bar admission is required.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Significant experience in handling a variety of defense litigation matters.Certifications:Texas Bar admission.Skills:Expertise in general liability defense, including various litigation matters.Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proven track record in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team.
