Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and result oriented experienced Senior Customer Experience Training Professional to join our team.The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Key Responsibilities Ability to introduce and structure new training courses. Develop and maintain training content. Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.). Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule. Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training. Host Class, Register Students, Content management etc using learning management system (LMS). Must Have: Independently worked to launch any training programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization. This role demands more than 50% travel to deliver the training.
