Exciting opportunity to join a prestigious Investment Management firm as a Senior Legal Counsel.Client DetailsPrestigious investment management firm.DescriptionRole will report directly to the General Counsel and will handle the following: Drafting and negotiating contracts, side letters, non-disclosure and other legal agreements Reviewing marketing materials for regulatory compliance, handling a variety of other contracts as needed Advise on the structuring of fund formation, and related documentation Provide support in reference to compliance and regulatory filings Assist in managing outside counsel Handle other matters as they arise Profile JD from top law school with excellent academic credentials and GPA Admitted to NY State Bar 5-8 years of experience within the Investment Management/Private Funds group of a top law firm combined with in-house experience at an investment manager Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team playerApply online today to be considered.
