Engage with teams and lead tasks while working on a broad variety of projects. Assist in the development of our new service offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership pieces and influence the growth of our brand. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment not beleaguered by the red tape of a big firm. Receive individual attention, real-time coaching, and work in a high-performance environment among the brightest consultants in healthcare. Thrive in an open environment, which encourages team members to challenge assumptions and approaches, as well as support each other’s passions and career growth. A qualified candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in the healthcare industry with 5+ years of consulting experience preferred. Experience working on projects involving: IT strategic planning, system selection, contract negotiation, and IT departmental assessments and planning Experience working on an Epic implementation project would be ideal. Highly knowledgeable about the healthcare landscape and current trends in the industry. Ability to create and manage executive-level presentations. Ability to coordinate and manage resources, schedules, and project timelines. A solid history of superior personal achievement in school and work. Leadership and team-building capabilities. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions that address client needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desire to work in a “start-up” environment, with a willingness to take on challenges in a growing organization. Genuine passion and commitment to answer the “what if” questions.
