Position based in Quebec due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position - Quebec Based Only. The Corporate Development Office (CDO) leads Deloitte’s M&A, large capital and international investment initiatives where Deloitte Canada enters into transactions to grow its business offerings. The CDO is committed to increasing value to the partnership through thoughtful execution and innovative thinking. The CDO has executed over 50 transactions in the last nine years. Few professional services firms in Canada have executed this many transactions. You will be responsible to support sourcing acquisitions targets, complete preliminary financial and strategic backssments for potential acquisition targets, support the transaction execution and transaction.
